ALL ACCESSORIES IN BLACK LILLY BOUTIQUE ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN. Delivery Charges All items are delivered by Special Delivery and are tracked and insured. Delivery charge to the UK is £5.00 for your first order and £3.00 for subsequent orders in the same order. Delivery to overseas is charged at £9.50. All items come gift wrapped. Contract For Sale The advertising of products on the site is the way in which we are able to display all the items available to buy through the site. Most of our items are made especially for you once you have placed an order. On rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect and you will be contacted if your item is out of stock and a refund or alternative will be offered. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Black Lilly Boutique, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive the 'confirmation of despatch' email sent once your order has been succesfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced up incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Black Lilly Boutique through this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Black Lilly Boutique on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Black Lilly Boutique will operate as a variation to these terms and condition or constitutes a legal representation on behalf of either of them.
Quality Every item of jewellery in Black Lilly Boutique has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality. Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are handmade from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique.
We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but In the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right. Taking Care of your Purchases As most items are handmade, we request that you take good care of any accessory that you purchase from Black Lilly Boutique. Please follow these simple guidelines to ensure that your item(s) are kept in the best condition: - For all jewellery items, please hang up after every use to prevent tangling of the chains. - Keep out of sunlight - If you purchase a Emma Gordon Handbag, please ensure that you try to prevent any spillage or water damage of any kind as this can cause extra wear and tear to the handbag. - Please keep your tiara in the box provided to prevent dust settling between the beads and crystals. - Please handle all accessories with care and keep away from children of all ages to prevent accidents and damage to your item. - All items are very delicate, so need to be handled with care to prevent damage occuring. Making A Purchase When you make a purchase from Blacklillyboutique.co.uk: - You will receive an electronic confirmation upon receipt of your order as soon as your order has been received. - You will receive notification of despatch usually within 14 - 28 working days of your order being processed. This is an estimation, as many items will be delivered before this time. Your jewellery will be fully insured during delivery.
Returns Under no circumstance are we able to accept the return of earrings, make-up or hair products in compliance with current Health & Hygiene regulations. We offer a 7 days money-back policy for all jewellery products except tiaras, earrings, make-up and any hair products. Items must be in unworn condition and not damaged. If this is the case, not refund will be offered. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed. This does not affect your statutory rights. Black Lilly Boutique's decision is final
Extended Period at Christmas Please allow an extended delivery time for purchases during Christmas and Valentines Day as these are very busy periods.
